"So check in was super easy and I made the reservation through one app when I arrive they politely said let us link your Hilton member so you get your rewards. I was greeted with a smile was told repeatedly if I needed anything to please let them know. The facility was quiet. It was very clean. The bathroom had more than enough towels and wash rags. I love how they have hand soap in a dispenser instead of a bar of soap that is tiny for everyone to use. Now the breakfast that could use some work...

"I was shicked to fund out 2 things, 1 there is an additional 100.00 deposit once tou arrive at the hotel and 2nd the owners of this hotel refuse to rent to locals. I was alomst denied my stay and my daughter and grandchilren coming from out of state almost didn't have a room to go too. The ladies were helpful and worked with me but only because of talking and explaining situations. It was very uncomfortable at first. The hotel itself, very nice. Very clean. "

"We always stay at the Best Western when we come to visit our home town which is quite often and it’s always so clean and the staff is also very friendly to us any time and go out of there way to help us in any way they can I would definitely recommend anyone to give this place a try! Also the beds are super comfortable you will sleep like you are in your own bed! That’s a plus right there!!! It’s also the cheapest too! "

"Overall the place was beyond great from every aspect to me. Everything inside the room was new and looked great only issue was no shower curtain but wasn’t a deal breaker. Me and my nephew stayed there over the weekend to do atv trails in the town of Gilbert WV. Was a blast will definitely go back. Anyone looking to book don’t let outside appearance fool you it definitely is nice and comfortable along with it being affordable too. "

"The lady who checked us in the room was awesome! She helped us find a great little spot to eat in town and where everything was located at the motel! It was quiet and relaxing at the motel once we returned from town. Cell service with my carrier was horrible but that gave me a much needed break from it ringing. "
