"Staff was wonderful and very helpful. The view from the balcony was amazing at night. Wish the kitchenette was a little better sticked, but the refrigerator was in good working order. Overall a very nice place to stay"

"First what I would like to comment is the impeccable staff being very patient, resourceful and helpful. The rooms I have stayed in both Lyf and The Suites were cleaned and maintained on a daily basis. Even housekeeping was very friendly and understanding. I’m always greeted with the many doormen and security upon arrival and returning. The staff are always welcoming at the roof deck for my daily breakfast. The view overlooking the Manila Bay was beautiful as the sun touches upon the city. This...

"I love the older style and charm of this hotel, yes the building is aging but that does not matter the hotel is just beautiful, the rooms are big especially the executive room, pool is nice , food is great, and the staff are amazing.
