"The villa is really lovely. Giacomo our host was extremely kind and helpful. Plenty of room for the 11 of us girls. You have to really have car as getting taxis as we did was a bit of a challenge. There are no supermarkets close by so a car is essential to buy supplies Some of the beds are a little uncomfortable but the rooms are lovely and very spacious Pisa is less than 20 mins and Lucca is very close too. "The property was clean and well equipped the pool was large and very clean. Communication was excellent throughout our stay. Weather was against us as the area is quite mountainous and therefore subject o fluctuations. Car is essential. Small town nearby has everything required. Restaurant within walking distance down a steep winding road but unfortunately was closed for the majority of our stay. "
