"Loved this hotel. Very close to everything including public transport, food and cine very venue. Only thing was that me and my group like sleeping warm and the heater would turn off causing us to get really cold but we bundled in layers which helped. "

"Excellent stay, really nice hotel with nice staff. only small issue was that the self-service breakfast area is quite small and staff didn't always keep a regular check on items stock e.g. no bread for toast, no glasses for juice...."

"Good stay but the streets around Glasgow - and especially SEC - are dirty with dropped food etc. Had our 8 month pup with us and continuously pulling him up for trying to eat stuff off the pavements and also the floor of the hotel"

"Check in - Monica (staff member) so helpful, friendly, felt as if she really cared that we were happy. We used to stay when the property was a Premier Inn. Improvements have been made, but the fact that you can’t control the heating in the rooms - not good - far TOO HOT!! You can’t open windows (totally understand why). Bathroom a bit tired. Overall, we really enjoyed our stay and hope to stay again. Room 1119."
