"The property was excellent. Thanks for the goodies. My criticism would be gaining access and finding property. When driving it was difficult to find the property. A photo of front door would be helpful. The instructions for access could have been better by stating the ‘Lock box’ for the key to the apartment was outside the property by the front door. The lock box was also temperamental and difficult. Perhaps change the box and locate it by the door of the apartment. "

"Our group was myself and my sister with our husbands. Perfect to have 2 bathrooms, 2 bedrooms, with a large table and comfortable couch. The kitchen is amply supplied, everything was clean, well explained, and enjoyable. You can't beat the location and the view. We even had gorgeous weather and some lovely strolls around town. Only downsides are taking luggage up the narrow staircase and having to park off property, but those are not bad tradeoffs and can't be helped. We really enjoyed our stay...

"An ideal place to stay in Exeter with everything you could possibly require for a comfortable and relaxing time. Great location for the town centre whilst being on a nice and quiet road with the bonus of a parking space. Would very happily stay here again when I next visit Exeter, it was perfect for me!"

"We spent a lovely 6 days in Teignmouth using the apartment as a base and exploring the area. There is soooo much to do around there. The apartment was excellent and although we did not meet Jo, she made us feel very welcome there via text and email messages. There was a note saying to let her know if anything was missing. "This was the second stay at this cosey cottage . Perfectly situated for walking into town and along the river . Beds comfortable with quality bedding.
