"This place was a bit rundown but for the price, we were not disappointed. It’s an upstairs apartment with a pretty rickety railing. It was clean except for the carpet. The double size bed was like an old fashioned featherbed, soft which I liked. Scott, the owner, was nice and texted right back when we needed something. It was a great location for our time at the NCFolkFest and other downtown wanderings. (Loved Greensboro’s Historical Museum, a must go see!)"

"We loved the decor! The pillow were very comfortable, the bed was good as well. Loved the water pressure in the shower and how fast it got hot. They were a little sparce on some kitchen items. No tea kettle and no pepper. But otherwise we were able to make our breakfasts just fine. The neighborhood is a bit sketchy and the house is on a main road so its loud, but that's not a deal breaker for us. It was convenient in that the places we went to were all within 15-20 minutes.
