"As others have noted, this apartment is exactly as pictured and is located in a converted warehouse in downtown Danville, right next to the river and the Riverwalk trail. It is very spacious and has a very well stocked kitchen in terms of pots, pans, cutlery, etc. The only minor downsides would be the lack of any body wash/soap for the showers, and the somewhat dated bathrooms, although they were clean. I would happily stay here if I was visiting Danville again."

"My family had a great time staying at Carolina Hideaway this past weekend. We chose this place for a multiple of reasons. It was clean, easy check in process, super convenient to our daughter’s new place, not far from the interstate, but most of all because we were traveling with an elderly dog. Everything we could have needed was provided by the host and more. Definitely would stay again."

The only con is the basement is a separate VRBO rental which I did not realize it would be rented out. We could easily hear muffled talking & the result of a heavy night of drinking in the front yard under our bedroom window. "

"What a great place to stay for the weekend! And all the little things that make the stay comfortable. This house has a circular driveway that makes it easy to unload the luggage and we really liked that it was one level. The bathroom had tons of room and a bidet!
