The Apple Room

Your spacious suite with gas fireplace is in the family home, nestled in a sunny forest, setback quietly off an easy access main road in Beachcombers, Gibsons, B.C. Enjoy all the amenities of this oceanside town. Close to beach and local shops but set in the woods. Wheelchair accessible suite with a queen bed, exposed beam, bathroom has a wheel in shower and grab bars for piece of mind. Cable/Netflix/YouTube/WiFi, coffee maker and tea. There is a $20 fee for each friendly pet per night.

The space:
The suite is located in the home.
Private safe parking, 2 ponds for viewing pond life and for families of deer that frequent the property. Enjoy a fresh brewed tea or coffee on the front deck overlooking one of the ponds. Chickens and honeybees working hard all day. Grab something from the garden, berries or an apple from one of the many trees to choose from. 5-minute walk to a school playground. Walking distance to a Brewhouse and Distillery. Enjoy golf or mountain biking. Jump off one of the docks into the beautiful ocean. The stars twinkle bright in the night sky.

Owner will be available 24/7 and lives on the premise.

This property is one of the best places to stay in Gibsons, B.C. The owner was present to meet us upon arrival and told us that if we needed anything at all just ask. We stayed here for business while in town. It was very relaxing.

Great get-away
We were met by our host who provided everything we needed to know. The room and setting were great. The deck was a perfect place for relaxing and enjoying the sounds of the surprising rural setting.

Very comfortable and everything you need available. Very hospitable and friendly host Tiny suggestion to have a reflective house number at the gate as a little difficult to see the current one at night. Highly recommend this place .

We had an absolutely lovely stay at Tea’s place. The dog loved the huge front yard space (she didn’t want to come in) and we spent most of our evening relaxing at a picnic table next to the pond. Would definitely stay here again!

Host is incredibly friendly and accommodating. The room is private and clean. Located on a beautiful hobby farm. Had an amazing sleep. If you have a large vehicle it might be tight getting into the guest parking spot, but we managed 😀. Can't say anything bad about this place or the host. All in all, a great time!

Very peaceful place! Can hear owners through the closed door, but based on the layout of the place, it’s almost unavoidable. Room was very clean and comfortable, great for 1 or 2 nights! There isn’t a kitchen, only a microwave and a mini fridge so keep that in mind when booking. Other than that The Apple Room is a very comfortable space on a lovely property! Definitely recommend!

Wonderful Gem
The Apple Room is a wonderful Gem in Gibsons. A quaint room with gas fireplace, wonderful amenities & fun courtesy items. The bathroom & shower are a very generous size. Tea is always accessible via text & more than willing to help with any requests or questions, before, during & after your stay.

Family surprise
The property is amazing. Beautiful, peaceful, cozy, from the moment we walked in the door we felt at home. We came up to surprise family and we did but we also got a surprise with the Apple Room. The room is spacious, the fireplace was nice as the weather was cold and rainy. But the bathroom, oh my, the shower was great I didn’t want to get out and the heated floors what a great touch. The hotels on the coast are so old and run down they are not handicapped accessible but the Apple Room is and very well taken care of. Thank you Tea for a great place to stay!! We will be back.

Not really private
Very pleasant host but the room had no place to hang clothes and virtually no drawer space. The separation from the busy main part of the house was a table blocking the way to a dining room. Yard and patio were lovely.
