"I've stayed here before without any issues. Unfortunately that wasn't the case for my last visit. The hotel states that the reception closes at midnight - if you're going to be later to contact them for the code to get the keys. This has worked well for me in the past when I've had a late flight . On this occasion my flight arrived at Malaga about 7.45pm so I knew I would make it to reception with plenty of time. "The shower head was broken. I reported it and by morning they gave us a new one. A small TV which was busted but we could care less. The staff were generally nice and responsive. We never stay in Hostals but Malaga is full of tourists and price are elevated too much. "

"Greeted by Manageress, granted requested balcony room. English a bit lacking but certainly better than my Spanish. Room a tad basic but comfortable beds, good size balcony with table and chairs. "Fantastic location. The hosts were excellent and couldn’t do enough. However the one drawback was, there was no air con and no fly screens. There was a lovely sea breeze but I got so many mozzie bites cos we left windows open. Suggest either air conditioning or fly screens. We had to spray the room several times. "
