Hotels.com told me the property refused to refund. They had washer and dryers that automatically shut off at night making it impossible to open up the washer door to retrieve your clothes - the door was locked as the program wasn't finished. Thankfully it was a quiet enough area. The host Laura was very friendly and helpful. The apartment had everything that you needed but for my taste very basic. The garden area was nice and quiet. "We were two couples traveling together and we had this place to ourselves, it was like our private estate, loaded with beautiful antiques it is an old winery estate house, its in a fairly remote small town on a hill surrounded by grapes.Great views from the rooftop patio,, its not much to look at from outside the gate but inside, wow. we loved it, thanks very much for your kind hospitality Daniela."

"Great opportunity to sleep in a castle. Nice room with antiques and nice piece of furniture. Overall, a great place to stay although the church's bell played all night long. Breakfast was nice, but a bit early due to an unexpected commitment (of the manager). "
