"We had the most fantastic stay at Dorjes, it felt like dropping into the absolute lap of luxury after being in Kathmandu. The staff were incredibly helpful (big thank-you again to whoever picked up my suitcase from the airport after the airline lost it & it arrived a day after we did!). They had some great tips for what to do in the surrounding area and were superbly responsive over Whatsapp, we were extremely well looked after. The place was immaculately clean, beautifully landscaped and designed, and the room was one of the nicest hotel rooms I've ever stayed in. We enjoyed sitting in the jacuzzi at sunset and taking in the views of the lake from our balcony. The breakfast spread was generous and the food was fairly decent for hotel food. Location-wise it's slightly outside of town (not easily walkable) but in exchange you get the mountain view down onto the lake, and it's very easy to get a short taxi there and back, we just ordered them on inDrive. It's conveniently right by the cable car station for an easy trip to Sarangkot - we loved seeing the incredible view of the whole mountain range from the top. We also paid extra to have some wonderful swedish massages, and made use of the spa. A great way to relax after a morning of hiking. Basically for us Dorjes was 10/10 and well worth the money. "ポカラのレイクサイドからクルマで10分ほど走ったところにあり、フェワ湖が一望でして、とても眺めが良いです。オーナーの方がすごく親切で良くしてくださりまして、有料ですが、サランコットへのロープウェイや、空港への送りをオーナーさんがやってくださいました。見晴らしの良い5階のレストランでいただく朝食は、オーナーさん手作りで、シンプルなベジタリアンのもので、かなりおいしかったです。"

"We stayed here for a day coming back from Poonhill and it was one of best experience we had in Sarangkot. View from deluxe room was spectacular with mountain view from one side and city view from other. And we watched sunrise from our bed itsellf and wow what a great time it was with red sun and mountains on the side. Also it is few minutes from Sarangkot view tower where we went for some for experience of city view. Breakfast was very nice and we also had dinner and had one of best Chicken Chilli and some local momo. Rooms are also very clean and well maintained. Only thing I can recommend that can improve is for front desk can be little better in communication, but can understand they can be busy as mostly it is more like family run business and they can be busy. Overall I highly recommend to anyone who wants to get out of busy lakeside area and enjoy quiet and natural views of mountains to stay here and feel like home staying here."

"Was happy to see some creature comforts here as it was newly renovated in the last year, I was treated like a princess here… Shiva was my host manager & was always present for help with hot water which takes some patience but it worked really well for a long time; Shiva also helped with driving me downtown to help rent a scooter, to a meditation course up in Bakunde & the airport! Him & his staff were generous with carrying my luggage’s, helping me change a room due to dead flies (so highly advise not to leave lights on through the night) and even sharing his culture during Festival Tihar! There were beautiful local girls dancing down by the pool & they happily invited me to dance with them & feel the joy of the festival! I feel safe & comfortable. Breakfast is western, I wished they offered a choice between Nepali breakfast & western since I love trying Nepali food. Anyways, I highly recommend Samiyog Resort! It is away from the busyness of downtown lakeside and is very quiet, with a gorgeous balcony view of the upper part of the Fewa Lake where you can wake up to the beautiful view of rice fields & little boats fishing with beautiful birds of all colors flying around. Make sure not to keep any windows open as it can turn into a bug jungle inside! Samiyog gives its best efforts to have creature comforts & I greatly appreciate them! I highly advise to stay :)"

"I stayed at a KGH The Maya Manor boutique in Kathmandu. Thought I’d give the Himalayan a try. Was not disappointed. Absolutely OUTSTANDING in every respect!! The room for clean and tidy, Guest services were outstanding… The views of the Annapurna range are beyond compare! The spa is incredibly affordable and relaxing! Great fitness center . All in all an outstanding stay and would go again!"
