"Ideal lovely location on a mt hillside with a beautiful sea view and mountain ranges behind us. Charming couple that own the house. Daniele was very helpful getting our dog the correct health certificate papers since we were visiting Italy for 3 months. He went over and above helping us...and we are very grateful. "We have just returned from a week in Lucca. We had a lovely rine and particularly enjoyed the outside space which really make this rental. The pool was very welcome in the extreme heat and the garden space around the pool is great, with plenty of space to relax and dine. Always able to get shade too. It is 2 separate apartments which worked well as we were 2 families so it was nice to have our own space. "Luca is a very hospitable and friendly host! The house is exactly as in the pictures with a private entry gate and parking. The jacuzzi is heated and very relaxing. "The house is very large on the outskirts of Lucca part way up a hillside in a forested setting, about 10 minutes from the Lucca wall. We enjoyed our two week stay there. The contact, Andrea, met us at the house, and explained every aspect of the property. And he checked in with us in person and by phone several times during our stay.
