"Great location, very good breakfast and the hours for breakfast are really good - 6-11 on weekends which is perfect. I paid €15 extra for a late checkout as i had a bike event in the moring of the day i was leaving and it was so colpetely worth it. Staff super friendly and helpful, hotel very nice and clean. "Fabulous boutique hotel - lovely rooms with good facilities and a little balcony. All the staff were so helpful with anything I needed or had questions about. Amazing location in the old town and seconds/minutes to bars, restaurants and key sites. I had an amazing time and highly recommend this hotel. Would definitely stay again. "

"Bit of trouble accessing properly at first, as no access code came through!however it was sorted within 10min!by lovely memeb of staff!who worked in bar across road!!otherwise room/cleaning/was all good!Great shower!kitchen down below also good to have and washing machine and drying!only thing i have against is itz a 15 min away from central!so if you're looking to be bilbao itself??on a gd day!lovely walk along river!about 30min?i enjoyed walking along river!though a lot of changes going...

"Perfect small hotel in a wonderful location. I know there are some reviews stating people couldn't check in. We had no issues. We communicated once we landed in Spain our estimated ETA. Olats at the front desk was absolutely amazing. She gave us maps of the city, suggested sights to see, places to eat, and even gave us tips on transportation around Bermeo and to San Juan. "Our room overlooked a noisy busy main road and there was a railway line behind the hotel. There was no air conditioning in our room. We were told the bar would not open until 8.30. We couldn't book a table in the restaurant because a coach party was booked in but if there was room they would try to fit us in. There were no alternatives within walking distance. The photos of the hotel are very misleading. I wouldn't be surprised if they had been photo-shopped!"

"Downtown Bilbao, just facing a nice park. Very well located, close to all the stores, bars, metro, river. All walking distance! The building is new. Nice decoration. The suits are quite spacious. Loved it!"

"Great apartments with the basics you need to prepare meals, dishwasher and washing machine. Extra towels, hygiene and cleaning products was provided. Only thing that was an issue was quality and range of wifi network. Was only available close to entrance. But other than that . Amazing Service provided before our late arrival. Great standard of the apparment and accessories that was provided. Walking distance beautiful Old town of Bilbao, Museums, restaurants etc."
