"Can't beat when you get both a great location and someone who is managing the property who is as professional, kind and helpful as one could desire. Amyar was the manager who checked me in and provided continuous support via text and phone for anything that came up, even unrelated to the property! Es hat uns nur das kleine und sehr enge, offensichtlich noch nicht renovierte Bad, mit Sitzbadewanne als Dusche, in unserem "Wohlbefinden" beeinträchtigt. "My friends and I really liked this unique property. The highlight was certainly the outdoor terrace and the large living room and kitchen. The washer dryer definitely helps out when you are on an extended European trip. The bedrooms were a nice size and the electronics were really nice it was great to have Netflix prime that sort of thing but bring your passwords. The bathrooms are also great. It's a little musty when you first move in but once the air was on it got better so don't panic....

"The apartment was comfortable, modern, and well-located. It's about a 15 minute walk (or a short, easy bus ride on the No. 26) to the old town. And, after a day of roaming the town, there are plenty of nearby restaurants for an easy dinner. We appreciated that the immediate area was not besieged with tourists, with more of a local vibe. He explained how to use everything in the house and even talked to the private chef we booked for a house dinner one night, which was really helpful. "The entire experience was absolutely fantastic. We had such a great time, and were only sorry that we hadn't been able to book more time here. The house is wonderfully laid out, especially for larger groups or if you had multiple families. Every amenity you might need. The views are amazing. We even walked down into Getaria one afternoon (the walk back up would be a hike, but doable! Best not done in the dark though). All in all, fantastic on every level. Would absolutely recommend."
