"Die Wohnung ist gemütlich und liebevoll eingerichtet, die Hausherrin sehr herzlich und nett. Der Straßenlärm hielt sich in Grenzen, wenn man den ganzen Tag unterwegs ist, stört das wenig, zu Stoßzeiten aber schon merklich. Einziger wirklicher Kritikpunkt ist, dass die Wohnung ein wenig feucht ist, was zur Folge hat, dass die Möbel und damit der Raum modrig riecht. Auch die Schränke innen müffeln leider deutlich. Die Terrasse bietet einen herrlichen Ausblick auf den Lago und lädt zum Verweilen...

"There are about 25 apartments in Colina Verde B - ours was closest to the pool and there was almost nobody else there - the pool was essentially our private pool. Nice clean place, beautiful setting, 7 minutes to the waterfront by car. Ascona is a lovely little place with a lively waterfront scene. All in all, ne of the best spots we have ever rented. "

Modern und gemütlich eingerichtet, wobei besonders auf gesunde Baustoffe geachtet wurde, fühlt man sich von Beginn an richtig wohl. Die Vermieter stehen jederzeit hilfsbereit zur Seite und geben gern Tipps zu den verschiedenen Ausflugsmöglichkeiten in der Region. Die Krönung bildet aber natürlich die sensationelle Aussicht auf den Lago Maggiore von Balkon und Bett aus. 100%ige Empfehlung!"

"Amazing view from the dining room, balcony, master bedroom, kitchen and terrace! Gerra beach / Lido is a hidden gem. Worth knowing that the pool is unseated (or cold) at 19 degrees centigrade. Construction site next door was happily not active. Some areas of garden are not child friendly as very steep drop. That all said a a great location and great views. "

"The absolute WORST stay I've had in years of traveling! The apartment is right above a bar where they play loud music with heavy beat every evening. On one evening the loud beat was so unbearable that we had to go downstairs and ask them to lower the volume, which they did a bit. At 11 pm we went to bed hoping that the music will stop soon, but the people in the bar turned the volume all the way up again. We called the police and asked if they can do anything. "Good communication with Christian @ happy home rentals, a large apartment, a 2 seater couch was a shame but ok. we missed ventilators / airco so with 30+ degrees was very uncomfortable in the evenings.
