"Amazing view from the dining room, balcony, master bedroom, kitchen and terrace! Gerra beach / Lido is a hidden gem. Worth knowing that the pool is unseated (or cold) at 19 degrees centigrade. Construction site next door was happily not active. Some areas of garden are not child friendly as very steep drop. That all said a a great location and great views. "

"There are about 25 apartments in Colina Verde B - ours was closest to the pool and there was almost nobody else there - the pool was essentially our private pool. Nice clean place, beautiful setting, 7 minutes to the waterfront by car. Ascona is a lovely little place with a lively waterfront scene. All in all, ne of the best spots we have ever rented. "

"The absolute WORST stay I've had in years of traveling! The apartment is right above a bar where they play loud music with heavy beat every evening. On one evening the loud beat was so unbearable that we had to go downstairs and ask them to lower the volume, which they did a bit. At 11 pm we went to bed hoping that the music will stop soon, but the people in the bar turned the volume all the way up again. We called the police and asked if they can do anything. Da wir die Ruhe am Rand des Ortes sehr genießen konnten, war das perfekt für uns! Die Vermieterin war sehr nett und hilfsbereit! "Our five days at the apartment was supposed to be rainy but ended up being warm and sunny every day. We loved being able to use the pool and the room was spacious and newly remodeled. The hosts were very accommodating and I enjoyed conversing with them. They provided me with tips on the area too. There was a nice bakery and a cortina restaurant a few minutes walk away. The pretty garden that surrounded the house was an extra bonus."

"The property is spectacularly situated, but is somewhat difficult to find, one has to cross the neighbours’ ground to approach. The appartment was reasonably tidy, but the furniture needs refurbishment. The lower compartiment is used for storage of garden equipment and is severely smelling (fuel damps of the grassmower) and can therefore not be used as a sleeping facility. The swimming pool was clean."
