"Windy Ridge is a lovely, spacious property with fantastic views over the countryside to the sea. It was very clean, comfortable and well equipped for self-catering. Having said that, the lovely village of Pissouri is a short (steep) walk away and there were numerous very good restaurants there, and at Pissouri Bay, a few minutes drive down to the sea. The outside space is great and the sizeable pool was cleaned twice a week. Communication with the hosts, Sarah and Keith was very easy and quick....

It's a great base from which to explore and then return for a dip in the fab pool with drinks on the patio watching the sunset. The host Paul is excellent answering any queries promptly. "5 of us have just returned from a 9 night stay & we honestly couldn’t fault a thing. The villa itself was spotlessly clean and well equipped with everything you need, beds and sofas are comfortable and the outside pool area was stunning, with well maintained green space & fruit trees and plenty of outdoor seating. We stayed in February so nights are cold, we couldn’t figure out how to turn the radiators on but the heating function on the air con was more than adequate for warming the rooms....

"The description of “tranquil area”, “peace and relaxation” and “secluded backyard” should be ignored. The villa is situated on a junction between the main road and the road leading into a housing estate. The traffic noise is horrendous. I had to buy ear plugs to enable me to sleep. The numerous gaps in the bushes mean that pedestrians have a full view of the pool area. The pool had to be constantly cleared from the leaves from the bushes, using the net that was held together with tape and...

"The villa has everything that you need for a great holiday. Meals on the balcony admiring the view; comfortable beds; well equipped kitchen and air con when needed. The pool is a two minute walk around the corner. It was large and private and we mostly had it to ourselves. The centre of Pissouri is nearby and the beach, which had great waves when we were there was fun. "

"Enjoyed our stay here. Some property issues (fridge broken but they replaced it the next month t, air conditioning unit leaking) but the room was nice and the pool very clean. Would have been difficult to get a sun lounger if it had been any fuller. Food on site was better than expected. Bizarrely wouldn’t give us two keys for the room which is odd when there is more than one of you and you might want to go off and do different things!"
