Have two college age kds who stay up way too late, so needed two bedrooms and paying for two hotel rooms was not desirable. This worked perfect! Would have given excellent rating but little work needs to be done on place - closet door fell of track, soap dospenser about to fall off wall. Just minor things. "The view is the only thing about this place that we can recommend. Many things were broken or not able to be found, from the broken outside closet where the trash was kept, to windows that didn't open and locks that didn't lock, to clunking fans and flashing bathroom lights and worn out sockets. The place hasn't been updated for years and fully shows it. Not to mention that we were disappointed with the unapologetic and sometimes belated responses from the realtor who manages the place.
