The view of the vineyards was amazing with small view of the river from our lower unit. "Prima verblijf. Het zou maximaal scoren indien er gelegenheid was om buiten te zitten, er haakjes waren voor de handdoeken/kleren. Huis was schoon maar had wel iets beter gekund."

"Whirlpool müsste man aus der Beschreibung nehmen, das wird einfach nicht warm und ist daher nicht nutzbar. Aber ansonsten ist es ein sehr schönes großes Haus in einem schnuckligen Städtchen. "

"10/10 Had everything you could need . Easy walk in to town . Secure parking for my motorbike and everything lovely and clean . "

"Neighborhood in Mainz was delightful! Sleeping arrangements as advertised - two bedrooms which sleep 2 each on 2nd floor, and one bedroom with other beds/futons on top floor. Kitchen was a bit underequipped compared to our other European VRBO experiences - no vegetable peeler, no saucepans smaller than multiple gallon, very minimal spices. Kitchen not really equipped to cook. Backyard is NOT AS ADVERTISED - overgrown and unkempt waist high grass made it unusable except patio and table directly...

"We stayed in the house with a group of 10 friends. The location is ideal for visiting wine estates in the region. "

"Bathroom was so small you had to step over shower to get in, the internet quit working and the property manager couldn’t get it to work Very disappointed would not recommend this property to anyone"

"Property was very nice, very quiet near the vineyards. comfortable house for 4 adults and a dog. Top to explore the Middle Rhein between Koblenz and Mainz."

"The property is surrounded by beautiful fields and vineyards in a non-touristy part of the area, but also close to towns like Mainz, Wiesbaden and Heidelberg. Very close to local supermarkets too. It was great for us - clean & well appointed. Only downsides were no Wi-Fi (which we knew about beforehand) and the property on-site wine tasting was shut for a holiday whilst we were there."

"We had a short five day stay in July 2023. The property was very convenient and located in a lovely hamlet close to Woorsatdt, close to and easily accessible from the A61 and A63 Autobahns in a beautiful setting amongst vineyards. Our hostess made us very welcome and she was very helpful as we tried to communicate with very little German and English. There is lots to see and do. We have no hesitation in recommending this property."

"Das Doppelhaus ist etwas versteckt mit herrlichen Ausblick in den Wald. Es ist liebevoll eingerichtet und der Garten mit Terrassen sehr schön gestaltet. Es ist alles was man braucht vorhanden, von Bettwäsche, Handtücher, Geschirrtücher, sogar etwas Brennholz bis zu Gewürzen war alles da. Der Kontakt zur Vermieterin war sehr angenehm. Wir haben das Häuschen gleich wieder gemietet und freuen uns auf einen weiteren Aufenthalt."

"The Houseboat Villa Nautica is not for everyone. My wife and I are 70 and enjoy staying in unique accommodations such as the tented camps in Kenya. We are self-sufficient and are comfortable living out of our two carry-on bags.
