"There were many things that we loved about this property & the apartment. The owners & their manager, Lott, are very communicative, generous & responsive. Our flight home was delayed & we were offered a free night if we needed somewhere to stay. Amazing! Lott came & fixed the WIFI when it stopped working one day. We loved the deck that looked out onto the water. We had our coffees on the deck in the morning & our cocktails at night until the mosquitoes came out. We went kayaking to the nearby...

"Cornell was quick to respond and had great suggestions for food and places to go. This location was perfect for us, as we don't like a crowded area. The drive to and from Georgetown, when we went, was not bad at all. I love this place and woukd stay again. Do be aware that there are not any doors on the bedroom or the bathroom."

"Regatta Point condos are beautiful. Their location overlooking the bay to the east of Georgetown towards Stockting Island is wonderful. Nancy, the property manager, is excellent. She was very available and accommodating. We really enjoyed our stay"

Exuma is beautiful but if you’re looking for a lot of activities, this is not the place. If your looking for beautiful beaches and white sand, this is the place to come."

"This was a difficult review to write. The owner of the property was very nice! She was very responsive and easy to work with. She picked us up upon arrival and helped us with a rental car. However...the pictures on the website did not accurately represent the unit we were put in. The pictures show a large sectional couch, when in fact the unit has a tiny uncomfortable futon that our 6ft 2in son had to sleep on.
