The Kangs accommodated our late arrival by picking us up at the Busan train station and provided transportation, at an incredible rate for us 7 in our family. "The staff has great communication and is very accommodating. I told them I was checking in late and they sent me the information needed to access my room and other directions. Housekeeping was good and left everything that I needed since we woke up after cleaning hours. Blanket was very comfortable and room was in good order.
