"We had a nice time in Gennadi but it’s a good but not great hotel with some major flaws. Positives; buffet and all inclusive drinks are excellent, restaurant staff are nice and very attentive (Anna), the rooms and pool areas feel clean and modern. There is live music at breakfast, lunch and dinner which is very nice. "We are gluten intolerant so the guest relations manager George was absolutely magnificent, sat us down on our first day to go over the food and all the restaurants, even organised gluten free beer to the mini bar in my room. Just stayed for the week but would recommend it to anyone who is celiac as all 3 in our party of 10 people never had 1 reaction. This was our first time trying out an all inclusive hotel since we have been diagnosed and will definitely come back"

"Lovely new apartments, only opened in 2013. Only 14 apartments in total, so a lovely quiet setting. Short 5 minute walk to the local village, with a supermarket, bakers and 3 or 4 restaurants. The beach is shingle, but the sea is the clearest and cleanest I've ever seen. We were well looked after in the apartments, and were provided with a welcome pack on arrival, extra pillows when we asked, and a later check out time on our final day. "On outskirts of village but close enough to walk to the many great restaurants/bars nearby, grocery store and amazing beaches. Several pools to choose from and great views! Air conditioning worked very well. "

"The check in was quite easy, but the receptionist barely knew English which was abit of a langauge barrier. Which meant we didn't know where the meals were serviced or we had to get towels from them for the pool or beach etc. The room was decent, a bit of the shower was broken but apart from that was alright, the door only had a door lock so we had the cleaning crew walk into the room in the morning when we were sleeping twice.
