"This is a 2* property at best no VIP benefits as you claim. You even have to pay to get a towel at the pool for a sun lounger. Rooms are shockingly poor there is no view simply a brick wall. The staff try their best but the owners are simply profiteering with little regard to service. Pool is good to sunbathe but no lifeguard and I never seen it get cleaned. Overall disgrace."

No quisieron hablar el tema y nos amenazaron con echarnos, al punto que llamaron a la policia porque nosotros exigiamos que cumplan con lo contratado. --------------- The hotel is attended by its owners. They are scammers. The reservation was 50% prepaid as required by hotels.com. They have the receipt and handed it to us, but insisted we have to pay the full reservation again. They even called the police and told us to leave or pay the full amount. Stay away. They are not nice people at all."
