Estadia ótima, quartos limpos. Atendimento dos funcionários impecável, café da manhã maravilhoso. Ponto negativo, parte do hotel em reforma, barulho de obra, no mais super recomendo, boa piscina, em frente ao mar.

Ruim, fiquei 3 dias em um quarto com o colchão de mola quebrado o que me causou enorme desconforto e dor nas costas. O quarto ficou 2 dias sem que efetuassem a limpeza e troca de utensílios. Não gostei nada.

Teia de aranha no quarto
Pontos negativos: - Em frente ao hotel esta em obras e não vi nenhum aviso antes sobre isso. - O quarto que dizia ser luxo não tinha nada de luxuoso. Quarto com cheiro de mofo, móveis inchados, a porta da varanda não abria direito, não tinha luz na varanda (só um fio pendurado), a varanda tava suja de cimento, solicitei limpeza mas não limparam e n tinha outro quarto. Pontos positivos: - os funcionários simpáticos (os que tive acesso) - ar condicionado gelava bastante (as pilhas estavam fracas então tive que fazer a troca com o da tv pra poder desligar o ar) - box do banheiro é grande - chuveiro forte e tinha opção de regular água quente e fria - vazão do vaso era boa - o café da manhã tinha poucas opções mas algumas coisas eram bem saborosas como a carne moída, o café, o iogurte de morango e tinha uma pão pequeno q tava bem macio (parecia bisnaguinha) - a vista da área da piscina era bonita pq ficava de frente ao mar. Obs: - tem que agendar o café da manhã, dizem que é pra evitar aglomeração. - o frigobar do quarto é vazio, mas tem bebidas que pode comprar na recepção. - é cobrado uma diária de 20 reais para o estacionamento, não é muito grande e é um pouco apertado para que não tem muita segurança em dirigir. - a piscina é pequena e tem que subir uma escada para ter acesso a ela (não tomei banho pq quando fui às 8:02h do dia 15/11 ainda estava fechado. (Não lembro qual o horário que informaram que abre) - tem 2 elevadores pequenos - fiquei no quarto 320.

A estadia foi excelente. O local é ótima e a cidade é linda. A localização é excelente. Umas das camas de solteira estava com o pé quebrado e não foi avisado que o estacionamento era pago. Fora isso eu e minha família amamos.

Hotel sem manutenção, cafe da manha ruim, com poucas opções e demora na reposicao. A cortina do quarto estava encardida, tinha cupim na porta do banheiro, o vaso sanitario estava solto, vidros sujos, enfim, a vontade era de fechar a conta e procurar outro hotel.

Aceitável pelo custo-benefício, mas pode melhorar
Tudo ocorreu bem na medida do possível, com alguns pontos de atenção. A equipe do hotel, no geral, foi gentil, solícita e atenciosa. As instalações do hotel deixaram um pouco a desejar. Sentimos cheiro de mofo vindo dos quartos no corredor em que ficava o quarto no qual fomos alocados. O colchão era muito desgastado. Tentamos pegar emprestado o secador do hotel, mas em nenhum dos três dias conseguimos. A limpeza deixou a desejar e, a noite, muitos insetos apareceram no quarto. O hotel estava com áreas em reforma também, o que pode ter contribuído negativamente no quesito limpeza. A localização do hotel é boa, com muitos serviços e pontos de interesse próximos. Café da manhã muito bom. Estacionamento cobrado a parte.
