"Beautiful hotel - very chic decor . Room is lovely - very clean with large comfortable bed. Beautiful bathrom .Staff were excellent - great check in experience. ( just a note that there are no wardrobes or cupboards in the room we stayed in so may not be great if you’re staying a while but was fine for an overnight . Hotel recommended a lovely restaurant nearby- casa nostra - we all had a lovely meal there including gluten free pasta options . "

"The Hotel lication us superb excellent. The main buses are right in front of the hotel. The staff is very helpful, caring and respectful, except the guy at the front desk at 9 p.m on April 26th. The hotel also issued travel pass to travel on public transport. There is a mall right in front of the Hotel. We frequently travel and usually book Airbnb. I have had some bad experiences with Airbnb deceptive listings. I feel the Hotel rates and the experience is 100 times better than Airbnb. "

"Our favorite thing was proximity to the train and bus (literally right across 2-3 min walk) and yet the apartment was comfortable and quiet. We didn’t hear the train or traffic from the room!! I appreciated that rooms were free of smoke odors given lots of people smoke in public places in the city. I loved how close this hotel is to eating spots, Migros grocery store for breakfast and snacks. It is in the Geneva downtown area. Only con- I wished for cooler air conditioning but it seems having none is common in Switzerland. The room was a bit small but very clean. Suited our needs for exploring the city and just coming back to rest at night. Staff was friendly. 10/10 would visit again!! "

"We like this hotel. We were here last year and it is convenient to both the train station and the lake downtown area. The hotel is nice but could use a little updating. Otherwise, breakfast good, service very good. Nice folks."

"What a quaint, lovely hotel! Fantastic location, near all the main sights and a free Geneva transport card included! The rooms were traditionally styled and the boat statues on each floor of the hotel were a lovely touch. Rooms were clean and had everything we needed for our stay. We had a problem with our travel adapters and the staff were more than happy to help! Would definitely recommend!"
