"I understand a hotel has no control over the clubs and bars noise. However, we had to book a whole new hotel spend double money just to get a good nights sleep. When I brought it to the ladies attention at the desk, she shrugged her shoulders and said “I told you so when you checked in “. No apology no concern, no sorrow on her part and obviously no compensation "

"This was one of the best resorts/hotels I have ever stayed at. 10 rooms only, and everything you can request, wish, dream of is all included in the price. You are treated like the most important people in the world, and the whole time feel like you have this paradise to yourself. Everything they do is done with quality and passion.
