"This villa is amazing, it feels like a show home! The rooms and space are well laid out and the master suite is to die for! We literally wished we had that at home. The villa is well equipped for everything you may need- including some of the expensive extras you buy in the parks and wont need at home - like ponchos, universal park cups (so you could use them and just pay for the ‘activation’, a million inflatables for the pool so dont buy any!!Its in a perfect location for disney but do expect an approx 1 Drive to universal and back.- simply due to traffic everywhere! Would we recommend the villa? ABSOLUTELY!!"

"We absolutely loved our stay at the BEST NEST! We have rented many homes over the last 10 years in this area and this is the first time we stayed here, and we don’t ever want to stay anywhere else again! This was the best rental house, with every single amenity, you can imagine, a gorgeous, large, swimming pool that our teenagers loved, a fantastic game room, comfortable beds, two living room areas, a perfect kitchen and plenty of seating for our family of six!Dan and Brenda are fantastic hosts, with great communication and we couldn’t have been more pleased with our accommodations. Outside of the house is just as fabulous as inside with a quiet tree-lined street, friendly people around and a lovely walkable place to be! My husband and I walked to the nearest grocery store to grab a few things and even to Starbucks and ice cream nearby! The area couldn’t be more perfect and we love the easy access to Route 192 and even though this home is close to everything, it still feels like it is nestled away. We can’t wait to book another vacation here!! Dan & Brenda, thank you for the most relaxing and fun week in what truly felt like home away from home!"

"My family and I stayed here for our annual trip to Sun n Fun in Lakeland. This comfortable home ended up being cheaper than a hotel room! Location was in a quiet neighborhood about 25 minutes from Lakeland. Very clean property, easy keypad door entry on arrival. comfortable beds and cold AC. Would definitely recommend!"

"Quite a nice little place away from the hustle and bustle. The pool was a hit with the kids with quite a few floaties and toys provided. The beds were all comfortable as were the furnishings. The games room was a nice bonus too. I would recommend this place for families or just couples as it has a little of everything. The hosts were very communicative and addressed any concerns or questions promptly. "

"We had three couples staying here while our son's played baseball. It was nice having three en-suites that were in different areas of the house. The pool was great. The neighborhood was quiet and great for a morning walk. Starbucks is within walking distance. I would definitely rent this property again if we're back in the area."
