"The property is gorgeous and Villa everything you would expect from pictures. But beware, you are out in the country and the nearest town is 8- 10 minutes away. Food stores are a 20 minute drive as well. Check in communication was poor. I was unaware that property manager would be contacting me via What's App which is something I don't use. So we were stuck at the property for over 20 minutes waiting for our key. This could have been avoided with check-in instructions posted on their VRBO...

"This was the perfect place for our family when we visited Tuscany. It was an easy drive to local wineries in the area, and also to larger places like Siena and Monteriggioni. "We couldn’t have asked for a better place to stay in Tuscany. Anna and Ross made everything so easy . We love their flat. It had everything we needed and more. The kitchen is stocked if you want to cook. The home is comfortable. And the setting is so peaceful and feels remote but is close to villages where you can eat at delicious restaurants and only 20 minutes from Siena. It was absolutely amazing!"

"Our stay at Florence Hills and Resort was great! Service was amazing, all staff was very attentive. Nice pool size and outdoor lounging and seating area to relax after walking around Florence. The suite was comfortable and very clean. We had dinner at the restaurant and enjoyed a great meal. We had the ham and cheese board, the risotto with pears and almonds, and the Fiorentina aka a huge T-bone steak. Can’t forget to mention the astonishing views of the mountains, so calming!"
