Right in the middle of Eindhoven so walking distance to the attractions and restaurants in the area. 15 minute walk to the train station so easy to get to and from the airport and neighbouring cities. Check in was easy. You get a PIN code for the doors. Two floors up above the Bakkertje Bol. Steps are modernized. Wider than some of the other older buildings but still steep. "The apartment is in a great location in the center of town. It's a nice size with all the needed amenities. Being in the center of town it is not quiet - the neighbors coming and going are very loud, and the street noise on the weekend is significant, to the point of waking people up (and I am a deep sleeper). Also, parking options are not very good, and is quite expensive. The main issue is the poor communication. This apartment is being run by a property management company, not an owner....
