"Having the free shuttle service to the airport was a bonus and a massive help. The shuttle pick up was timely and drivers always very friendly. Restaurant or breakfast was a bit too expensive. Our room had an amazing welcoming display on the tv screen. The bathroom was excellent. Dust around the room was a concern and the fabric chairs need a deep clean. Some food stuff on the wall when we got there was unsightly but covered by the net curtain. Lamp had a bulb missing. Room 439. No free water,...

It's in quite an industrial/office area but the 17 tram (about 150 meters away) will take you right into Rijswijk and Central Dern Haag. Probably the best hotel bed I have ever slept in. The staff at Bastion are very friendly and helpful!"

"Beautiful stay near Leiden central and 50mins away to Amsterdam by train. i was fasting during my stay and hotel made a lunchbox for me to eat and was really good with lots of options. overall room was very comfortable and reception are very helpful!"
