"Every think was excellent. Just check in was not on time. I didn't have exact address of the room and the hist didn't was available on checking time. So I had to go to another hotel for afew hours and pay 26 euro. After 3 hours host send me the chech in details."

"We had planned to stay closer to Amsterdam but came across “Chill Out” and so glad we booked this beautiful property. As a host Odette is superior plus! Her warm welcome, attention to every detail to enhance the enjoyment of our stay so appreciated. From a welcome mock tail in the fridge, to daily treats of fruit and sweets was so thoughtful. She also took the time to help us navigate parking in Amsterdam which is challenging. Best to leave your car at the train station. Much easier. So glad we...

"The place is very clean and recently restrucured. This was great. But... It was impossible to close the front door of the appartment so anybody could come in. This was a very unsafe situation (there is a lock on the door of the bedroom though). The window leaked, the rain flooded the windowsill and dripped on the floor. The blanket was too thin for winter and there were no extra blancket and the heating didn't work well so it was very .flooded my "

"Stay here often for work. Really nice rooms, with small kitchenette's which is nice when staying for longer periods. Rooms are always spotless, and well thought out. Everything feels bespoke and individual from artwork to furniture. Really nice communal space to work from and get coffee. Staff are not always on site as everything is done with codes, but they are always contactable and help in anyway they can. "Had a really nice stay at this hotel before our early morning flight. The rooms felt spacious and clean. The restaurant downstairs was very convenient. Only negative is that they switched all service at the restaurant to on your phone, which can be difficult for people that aren’t very technologically savvy. "

"Rooms were nice and big. Clean and comfortable. Service was excellent. Early check-in requires a fee with a rate of €10 per hour. There's a park nearby with a goat farm but it takes a while to walk there due to lack of more direct access. No allocated walkways to the park though. Only a bicycle track. The Albert Heijn store was way too small with too little items for sale. A recommended hotel for a short stay. "
