"We have stayed a lot in France in different accommodation and I can say this property has been by far the best one! Fabrice the owner was very accommodating and helpful. We have two little boys meaning we wanted a secure and safe environment. The boys loved the pool which was secure meaning we didn’t have to worry about them getting into it. "Amazing house with big grounds, pool, hot tub. The property was spotless on arrival and we had a thorough tour from the pleasant owner. Kitchen had everything we needed, communal living area was spacious, big TV. Beds were made up and comfortable. Pool is heated and deep - it stayed warm and crystal clear for the whole week. The small town is a short walk for fresh bread every morning, and there was plenty to do in the area (when we could drag ourselves away from the pool). Excellent all round."

"It is rare to find such a property that is in one word perfect Bathroom, kitchen , living ,besthrooms, toilet, garden, all in perfect condition and on the terras a silence that is needed to relax completely. "This is our second visit and we were not disappointed. Since our first visit there has been a new outside area with soft seating and an awning which was perfect for sitting in the shade. The villa is home from home and has all the amenities you would require for your holiday. We very much enjoyed our time there, cycling, swimming and visiting the Aquarium in La Rochelle as well as the Zoo near Royan. Rochefort is good for shopping and eating.
