"Bring your earplugs! It's an older property nicely renovated in the rustic theme, but the walls are paper-thin and you can hear casual conversations in the halls and the rooms on either side. This is my second or third time staying here despite the noise because the staff is SO FRIENDLY and the location is perfect to get to the Ramshead lift at Killington. The continental breakfast is plentiful and healthy. The Distillery restaurant on site is excellent quality and a great live music vibe. The heated pool is awesome after a day on the slopes. We decided not to ski the second day because it was rainy so we went on a hike 10 minutes away to Pico Peak. Also this place is pet friendly which is why we initially chose this property but we keep going back for all the reasons above. Just pack the earplugs and sound machine. "

"We had a wonderful weekend away here! The Inn is beautiful, charming/well decorated, has fabulous amenities (hot tub, pool, sauna, game room with arcades, lovely library, outdoor firepit, etc.) stunning views of the river, comfortable rooms and includes an incredible complementary breakfast. Hands down one of the best hotel breakfasts we've ever had. Staff was friendly and went out of our way to make sure we had everything we needed. It's only a quick 3 minute drive to town center, and 506 On The River is a perfect escape in itself, a hidden gem. From complementary smores by the fire at night to the relaxing sauna or a drink at the bar, this is the perfect spot for families or couples. We will definitely be back!"
