"The hotel was surprisingly very nice. The check in was nice and staff very friendly. The room & bathroom are an excellent size. Breakfast buffet was good. Restaurant had good food while we lounged by the pool. The only thing I didn't like was that I thought the shuttle was included and when we took it for a 10 minute drive to the mall (it was very close but with traffic it took longer. You can actually walk faster), we found out it cost 1000 shillings. We took a Uber to the airport and that only cost us 880 shillings! The cost was quite outrageous. "
