Alpine Bear Retreat is nestled in the heart of Chalet Village, in High Alpine just 3 miles from the Gatlinburg strip, 1/2 a mile to Ober Mountain Ski Resort & 12 miles to Dollywood. There's no shortage of fun and exciting things to do!

Entrance:
Our condo has a keyless door lock with your own code that works for the duration of your stay. No more worrying about losing keys or coordinating pick-up and drop-off! There is plenty of free parking in front of unit for easy access in the community lot

Kitchen:
Fully equipped Kitchen with Refrigerator, oven, Dishwasher, full sized stacked Washer and Dryer, Dishes, Utensils, Crockpot, Mixer, Blender, and Cooking and Baking Dishes. There is a K-cup and regular coffee duo machine with coffee, cream and sugar. We have paper towels. We provide 2 trash bags for your stay and 2 extra rolls of toilet paper per bathroom.

Dining Room/ Living Room:
Our large dining room table is perfect for gathering around and eating a family meal together. Sits up to 6 people. The inviting living room is ready for you to relax in while watching TV or playing a game with your family and friends. There is also a beautiful fireplace perfect for the winter months. Remote is by the TV.

Balcony:
A spacious outdoor area furnished with comfortable and plush seating for everyone. Spend your evenings relaxing on our oversized balcony and enjoy the peaceful serenity of the mountains where our guest often sees bears and other wildlife! Definitely our favorite area!

Master Bedroom:
Comfortable King sized bed, T.V. and en-suit bathroom. This room also has its own door to the balcony with a beautiful view while relaxing in bed.
*Master Bedroom closet you will find our pack-n-play.

Second Bedroom:
Welcoming Queen size bed and adorable bear theme with room darkening curtains for those mornings you need some extra sleep. This room also has its own T.V.
* This room shares the hall full bathroom and has a door that closes off the bedroom and bathroom from the main living area for extra privacy.
In the second bedroom closet you will find our portable baby bed.

Gatlinburg is home to Hard Rock Café, TGIF, Corky's BBQ along with some great local restaurants. The largest shark tunnel Aquarium, Ripley's Aquarium is a must see. Gatlinburg is also home to a large craft zone featuring mountain artists, sculptor's and other artisans who have lived in these mountains for generations.

There are zip lines, nearby whitewater rafting, great hiking, golf, outlet mall shopping, and Gatlinburg even has its own ski resort; Ober Mountain, complete with a tram connecting downtown to the ski resort.
