"The gem of this hotel is the staff. Service was exceptional in all areas. We had a few issues with the room. The safe did not work and water was cold but these were immediately rectified. "Came for one night with my 2 young sons. For a bit of fun and to use the pool. Gorgeous surroundings. The pool was lovely and Clean. Our Room had a double bed a single bed plus a pull out bed. The main beds were really comfy. The pull out not so much. Room was great for us. There was the odd mark on the carpets etc but not a problem for us. Hotel allows dogs for an extra free.
