"Although the owner was good with communication this property is VERY OLD. They did have a fire going when we got there but it really only heats up the area its in. The rest of the house is very cold, and only a couple electric heaters that do not keep up. The beds slept good and the bedding was clean, but the rest of the house (floors, shelves, ect..) where very dirty."

"This was a perfect place for myself, my husband, mother-in-law and 2 boys! The location was great, secluded off a side street, so the only noise we heard was the amazing sound of the waves! Beach access was great, my oldest son and I used the stairs a few times! "

"This is a good place for someone who enjoys camping and being with nature. The people are nice. The scenery and a sky full of stars at night made the trek worth it. My young daughter was amused by the animals and was thrilled getting eggs from the hens."

"Just my mom and I used this home at the beginning of August. We both love this home. It’s perfect for two people. Or if you’re a couple with a child, this works out really well. Bring a fan because the house doesn’t have a fan if you need some air circulation, otherwise we’ll be back here again next August. Great location. Close to restaurants and the private festival. Quiet here. Great view of the river and ocean. Just love this place. "

"This little cabin was everything we hoped for on our vacation from home in the Eastern Sierras to the Northern Coast! The home is exactly as pictured, even more updated perhaps. "Views are amazing, deck is nice but has deferred maintenance. The cabin itself is very small but cute. Main floor bed is unbelievably noisy, uncomfortable creaking loudly with any movement. Very little sleep for 2 nights. It needs to be replaced before renting again. Before booking and after reading 5 reviews regarding the horrible mattress, I contacted the (host) and heard back that it had been replaced. We arrived... It had not. "What a wonderful place to stay! The grounds were clean, beach access was awesome. You were able to hear the waves crashing from our living room. Home was well supplied. Might suggest an air fryer. Coffee pot was a true treat. Spectrum cable not accessible, so that was a little frustrating. Overall our stay was absolutely wonderful. "

"I have stayed at many bnbs and this one by far exceeded my expectations. Its very clean, well stocked, comfortable, and the view is incredible! The communication with the host was outstanding. We had no problem getting in and he even left us a treat. I will definitely stay here every time Im visiting the coast. I highly recommend Cabin 10!!"

"Comfortable space for a short stay. The kitchen was well equipped for plates and glasses. We did not really cook so cannot comment on cooking implements. Great large deck with private hot tub made for good relaxation space with a small view of ocean. Although not directly on the beach it was a nice private location. Great location of resort for exploring regional beaches, state parks and coastal viewpoints. "
