"Fantastic customer service. We had an issue with the lighting which was to no fault of the hotel. They couldnt have been more helpful and offered a free meal and drinks to compensate. "Checked in to the premises for an overnight stay. We were met by a tall young woman who was very welcoming and friendly and I was invited to complete details into a machine, then asked to pay the cost of the accommodation there and then. I explained that I had already done so with Hotels.com.Our room was situated over the bar area. The room was an adequate clean twin bedded space. Two large towels had been provided (not bath sized) that carried the odour of being dried inside and my partner...

"We absolutely loved every single minute of our stay! Our room was immaculate, beautifully decorated, the view was amazing. The bed was one of the best we have slept in. All of the staff and particularly Rosie were just so lovely and friendly and couldn't do enough for you. The food was also amazing, and the outdoor gardens just stunning.
