"I am currently hoping I did not get charged for this place. I booked drove up there was no sign. I checked the booking. I booked after 6:00 pm. last arrival is 6:00 pm. website said no cancelation. I couldn't get in. Had to book somewhere else."

"I was told never to come back after I raised a complaint, the responsibile person at the property told me that one bad review won’t harm as she got 300 great reviews. I won’t be going back or recommend this property to anyone because of the attitude I got that I must never come back and also highlighting that one bad review won’t hurt because of the great reviews received.
