"Overall the stay was good. The accommodation was clean, shower is powerful and bed is comfortable. The only thing was breakfast cancelled and pub was closed for the entire stay which means no food or drink nearby. They called and told me the day before check in so I couldn’t book elsewhere. "

"Apartment is good for a couple who likes walking. Almost all of Bath is within walking distance including some good restaurants near by. Be aware the steps down to the basement apartment can be a bit tricky especially after dark. "

"The shepherds Hut was beautifully made, well designed to maximise the space and incredibly quiet. The place had the old world charm but with all the mod cons including coffee machine and wifi. Would highly recommend "

"The Railway View carriage was just delightful! It is small but perfectly set up. Not much storage for clothing but we managed. Perhaps a few more hooks to hang things would be useful. I especially appreciated the tea and coffee necessities after our long drive. We didn't want to leave!!"

"This was the perfect property to enjoy a weekend in Bath sightseeing and visiting the Christmas market. The parking spot was a huge bonus. The apartment was immaculate and only a 10 minute walk into town. Definitely recommend."

"A lovely apt with all the amenities you could want. Anne Marie was a wonderful host and you can tell she cares about the comfort of her guests! Gave us a free bottle of Prosecco and truffles. Everything about the apt was great and very well located for walking everywhere in Bath. We were sorry to leave this beautiful city and home. "

"The staff at this property, from Reception to dining staff are so polite, helpful and have a smile. A calm environment. Bedrooms are nice and comfortable beds. I have stayed here a few times and always on the lookout for this hotel first when I visit Swindon."

A great hotel!

"We had a wonderful weekend staying at this hotel. It was a very interesting building with a lovely, inviting bar and dining room. The rooms were nicely decorated and made you feel as if you were treating yourself a little. The bed was very comfortable, and I could lie and gaze out over a fantastic view of Bath. The food was excellent. We usually eat out when we go away, but we ate at the hotel both nights - the curries on the menu were so good! It was such a lovely hotel; we are already planning a return later in the year. "

"This hotel is gorgeous for a peaceful getaway. I stayed for my birthday and in the room was a card and some complimentary chocolates. Also complimentary sloe gin! The room is cosy and with everything you’d need. I was most impressed by the food here! I couldn’t believe the breakfast was included, you get a cooked meal from the menu as well as fruit and pastries from the buffet. I’d encourage everyone staying to book dinner at The Crown! The food was incredible and the staff very accommodating. "

"My partner and I stayed here after using their spa - which in itself made it worth the trip, the spa is lovely - and we stayed for a single night. There is a lot of parking, and it’s free! All the staff were incredibly nice and the breakfast was great quality. It’s a bit on the ‘older’ side and our floor was a little uneven, but the bed was super comfortable and I’d go back in a heartbeat!"
