"We arrived at the hotel at about 9 pm and the hotel was closed. My boyfriend was in luxemburg at some friend house and pass by the day before our arrival at hotel to confirm and everything was good. "Not as advertised. Listing said air conditioning, there is none. There was a fan but it didn’t work. Says double bed but it is twin beds. After calls to hotels.com and they got management to bring us a fan. And because we had paid for the room before seeing it they could only give us a $25 discount. Rooms are very run down.
