After calls to hotels.com and they got management to bring us a fan. And because we had paid for the room before seeing it they could only give us a $25 discount. Rooms are very run down. The cleaners are doing a great job with what they have to work with. Noisy area surrounded by sex shops, nightclubs and street walkers. Yelling in the streets til 4...

"We arrived at the hotel at about 9 pm and the hotel was closed. My boyfriend was in luxemburg at some friend house and pass by the day before our arrival at hotel to confirm and everything was good. However when we got there it was closed. Also the mercure sign had been taken off so we could not even found it. There was one around.
