"My husband and I had an amazing stay here. The food was great, the staff was friendly, they offered us lots of snacks and plenty of water in our rooms, daily housekeeping, just all in all a great experience. We got married at Isola del Garda, just a 30 minute boat ride from the dock behind the hotel which was convenient. The asthetic of the property was very elegant, old money luxury. We loved the heated outdoor pool for when the sun was out, and we enjoyed the indoor spa and heated pool for when it rained. The only complaints I have is that the area isn't very walkable, and the taxis are insanely high priced. We had the hotel call us a taxi to go about 16 minutes up the street and back & paid 75€. Insane. Public transportation is the only thing that makes sense in Italy unless you're on a splurge. "

We were also pleasantly surprised with a complimentary room upgrade, offering us a stunning view of Lake Garda. Since it was off-season, the hotel was quite quiet, which added to the peaceful atmosphere. The only restaurant available for dinner during our stay served a buffet, but the food was delicious, and the staff was incredibly friendly. While room service wasn’t available, we understood it might be due to the off-season timing. The hotel’s grounds and views were breathtaking, though we did notice that a few trees could be trimmed to enhance the lake view even further. Overall, it was a relaxing and enjoyable stay, and we would definitely recommend this hotel for anyone seeking peace, comfort, and beautiful scenery."
