"Kingston is about 10km from Hobart, however the hotel is just off the highway so it’s about 15mins drive to Hobart city. There’s supermarkets and restaurants on the other side of the road so very convenient. There’s also a beach in the area. The room is spacious with all amenities like kettle and cups with plates to make tea and full toiletries in the bathroom. Car parking is available and lovely staff. I would definitely stay here again."

"So well appointed. Every need has been anticipated, from the umbrella outside your door in case of rain to the Christmas tree in the lounge for the festive season and the home made fruit cake slices for supper. There is nothing I could suggest to make this more comfortable."

"The room we had was so beautiful. Although the bathroom was across the hall, it was only ours. Very private and secure for our own toiletries. We could not believe how comfortable and safe we felt in our first B&B experience. The inclusive breakfast was amazing. Choice on private menu and the coffee was perfect. We will definitely be back. "Beautiful and enchanting! Wonderful experience all around! Highly recommend- you have to find a way to stay here. If we knew it was so nice, we would have stayed 2 nights but we already had paid reservations in another town for the next day. Breakfast included also. "

"Port Huon Cottages are just lovely. Very clean and comfortable. The host was very nice and accommodating. The only thing that was a downside was the road noise at night. Nothing can be done about that but took a night to get used to. Definitely would stay there again if I’m in the area again. "
