"We love visiting Seal Beach for family and the walkable beach/coffee/food. This was a great spot to stay and the hosts super great with prep and communication throughout. Very cute patio (shared with the larger house but we were the only ones here for the week) and great to be able to park the rental car in the garage off the street. Would definitely stay here again. Many extras like a Keurig with pods, bottled water and a nice outdoor seating area in back. Close to many restaurants and stores and all Long Beach has to offer. "If you want to stay in South Pasadena, this property has an excellent location as so much is walkable - the train, the grocery store, lots of restaurants, the library. We appreciated also that there are a lot of spices and some condiments and that food preparation was easy. It is nice to have an office space if one is doing some work. It is a small space."

"I rented the front vacation home along with the back guest house for my elderly father. It was great. He was independent but close by during our stay. he loved the place. just the right size for our extended family to gather at the house and guest house in back yard. We all got together for meals and travel from the property, but still had our own space. IT WAS GREAT for all of us."
