Wish there is a divider between toilet & shower area. Floor gets wet all over when using shower. Language barrier between clients & one young staff in front desk created bad relations. "The only complaint that I had was the taxi driver from the airport wasn't able to drop us off in front of the hotel because it's located on a side street. However, the area was quiet and had tons of local restaurant options available. The premises was clean. The breakfast was good enough. Will consider returning if we come back to Seoul in the future. "Hotel28 is a really pleasant experience with the friendliest staff you will ever encounter in Seoul. Wish It was a little more spacious, as the bed had barely enough room to the sides. It is also right in the heart of Myeongdong, so you can spend your entire stay exploring, eating and shopping in one of the most popular tourist areas. There’s also literally a Din Tai Fung in the hotel on the 2nd floor. It is also across the street from Lottie Department Store and not far from the subway...

"Enjoyed my stay here. Friendly front desk staff. Excellent location, easily walkable to downtown shopping areas with lots of street stalls. Close to the train station and bus stops, yet still very quiet. The laundry came in handy too. Only negative being the lack of machines in the gym given the space available, and the very long lift waiting times (not set up well at all with two separate buttons, and often result in stopping on every floor with a full lift/nobody waiting).
