"Only first floor rooms was nice. Would not allow me to cancel final day due to change in plans, not a fan. Also, I usually travel and meet friends. They would not allow visitors after 8pm. We usually go to a concert and socialize after, way later than 8pm. This was not disclosed until we arrived."

"Slow staff that works on their own time. Also yelling through the halls at 9 am waking ALL guests on our floor. Didn’t have an option to put out a do not disturb sign, so of course we were woke by people trying to clean our room. The building is torn apart on the other side not shown in the Expedia photo. "The outside looks a little rough, some debris from a fallen tree limb, the roof looks really old. But the inside was clean, the air conditioner worked very well. If you are expecting plush accommodations, find a different place. But if you want a nice secure clean place, this one hits all the marks. The beds were comfortable and linens clean. John was nice and had breakfast items available for us as well. The location was ideal for what we wanted to do."
