"Only 20 minutes train ride from MXP Airport to the hotel. About 100 meter walk from the train station to the hotel. Extremely pleasant front desk staff. Early check in when room is available. Good breakfast included in room price. Airport shuttle service needed to be booked a few days in advance (with a fee) ALESSIA is a very professional staff who’s extremely helpful ! "

"The AC system had not been activated for the building and ir was 33c in the room all week other rooms were in the 28-32c range.When i asked, they said just open the window and sleep with it open. That was not helpful and the constant ambulances running in front the building left me exhausted."
