"The photo in the picture if the pool is not part of the hotel. It is a communal pool 500metres from the hotel which also is of extra cost. I complained to hotels.com about it because we booked the hotel simply for the pool, which it doesn't have, yet the picture is still there. Very misleading. Parking costs €5 overnight. Good location for wandering around the town. In fairness, the bed was comfortable and room was clean, but was very dated. "

"Quirky little place. No curtains in any of the rooms we saw, just a heavy lace. Your door was either deadlocked or open, no snib lock, turn your hot water on 10 minutes before your shower or it will be cold, very little storage space and small bathroom. Breakfast tables were cramped for room, selection ok but no room to put your plate down anywhere to put anything on it. Size of the room and the bed were good. Location close to where the bus from Como stops so really, the place is ok just a few...

My Satnav found the right address but after driving round a one-way system several times, I had to leave my car in a nearby carpark then go looking on foot. My room was clean and spacious with a balcony and separate bathroom and toilet. I'd asked for breakfast at 8am as I had a long drive ahead of me. I was about to leave without breakfast when someone arrived a little after 8am to open up. It was hardly worth hanging around...
