"The hotel is under renovation, but the king bed was comfortable, the room was clean, the pool and jacuzzi were working. We only needed to stay one night, it was good. Breakfast could have used some fresh coffee, it was not hot, and likely from the day before. Not a big choice, but not many guests, so I get it."

"Nothing too special about the property but can I say, the lady that checked us in is a superstar! She managed the front desk, people in the lobby asking questions, asking for beer in the pub! She was the only one working. You've got a staff the hotel better. We were here for a volleyball tournament at Winona State University and plenty of players, coaches, and their families stayed onsite. Give the lady a huge raise or an incentive. I wish I knew her name but it was whoever was the only...

We only had hot water in the bathroom sink when I turned on the shower in the bathtub black water came out the toilet wouldn’t flush and they were really bad, looking people all around the building at all hours of the night"
