The Creekwood Farmhouse Townhome is a charming 1050 sq ft, two-level 2 bedroom, 2 bathroom home that offers a cozy space that comfortably sleeps 4 guests, with an additional pullout couch that can accommodate 2 more guests. Each bedroom has its own en-suite bathroom.

Sleeping Areas: we provide all linens and comfortable bedding, including 12-inch top rated memory foam mattresses.
- BEDROOM 1 (main level): 1 queen bed, plus a closet, luggage rack, tower fan, dresser with plenty of storage (direct access to the main floor bathroom), plus a Roku-enabled smart TV
- BEDROOM 2 (upper level): 1 queen bed, plus a Roku-enabled smart TV & DVD player, closet, luggage rack, tower fan, dresser with plenty of storage (direct access to the upper floor bathroom)
- Pullout couch (main level): 1 queen bed

Bathrooms: we provide plush towels (e.g., bath towel, hand towel, wash cloth, makeup towel) and premium, sustainable personal care products from Public Goods (e.g., shampoo, conditioner, body wash, lotion, hand soap). Separate pool towels are stored in the loft area.

Kitchen: fully stocked with quality pots, pans, utensils, and spices plus a charcoal grill. We also provide an initial supply of Keurig coffee pods, ground coffee, creamer, tea, condiments (e.g., ketchup, mayo, mustard), trash bags, laundry detergent pods, etc.. Longer stays or a large number of guests will need to bring extra.

Entertainment: you can enjoy some of the most popular, family-friendly board games (e.g., Ticket to Ride, Monopoly, Uno, Jenga); free Netflix on 2 Roku-enabled smart TVs; books retelling the story of Galena and the region.

Loft: an additional space for reading and/or working at the lap-top friendly desk, overlooking the living room.

Living Room/Dining Area: enjoy a great open space with vaulted ceiling and a long-range view. Dinner area comfortably sits 6 guests. Cozy around for board games, movies, and conversations.

Porch: brand new outdoor furniture plus a charcoal grill and an ample supply of charcoals for your use. Enjoy lounging outside under the umbrella, surrounded by lush green and beautiful bird singing.

Parking: each reservation comes with 2 parking spots right in front of the unit.

*For your and our safety, the home is equipped with a security camera near the entrance door facing the parking lot. In addition, there is a smart noiseware in the living room that detects alarm sound, humidity, and noise level (no recording of any sort).

Relaxing Trip
We were 2 couples on a relaxing 3 night trip to the Galena Territory. Jared was very attentive to giving us prior information on our rental as well as after we arrived with more Galena and surrounding area places to eat and things to do. The back deck was our favorite place to relax and view the surrounding nature, especially the birds coming to the neighbors feeders. That being said, in our opinion, the unit is showing it’s age. Kitchen table and bathrooms are in need of an update. It was clean and comfortable and we enjoyed our stay.

We stayed for a fall weekend getaway in Galena. The townhome was amazing! It was immaculately clean, tastefully decorated, and provided a wonderful space for family downtime. The kitchen was well-stocked with all the cooking amenities including a blender, muffin pans, and nice dishes and coffee mugs. The area around the townhome was quiet and provided a serene, peaceful stay. The property is located in the Galena Territory, which has beautiful scenery and very nice amenities. The rental comes with visitor passes for access to the indoor and outdoor pools, indoor basketball court, exercise room, and game area. The owner was wonderful to work with. He is organized and made check-in a breeze. He reached out to us via message to make sure we had everything we needed and offered some tips on how to enhance our stay in the area. Everyone in my family loved the experience. We would definitely return, and we are looking to book another stay in the summer.

Girls weekend success!
Such a wonderful host for a fun fall weekend in Galena. So accommodating and easy to work with, any request was granted. We had such a great time because of this place! Quiet area, not too far from town. Overall a wonderful trip!

50th Wedding Anniversary Stay
We had a lovely time in the beautiful condo. Everything was as advertised. Beyond that, the furnishings were so comfortable and well-thought-out. I am big into comfort and have some physical limitations yet everything was so easy and pleasing. You also get a lovely view across a deep ravine. We used the deck and the barbecue. We hated to leave. Our host checking in multiple times via email to be sure we were having a good time. A bonus was the Galena Owners’ Club. A beautiful facility; with a lovely outdoor pool. You won’t be disappointed.

The condo was very clean and well maintained. It was quiet and cozy! The kitchen was well stocked and we appreciated having a supply of coffee there for us! This condo was also stocked with body wash, shampoo, conditioner, and lotion! I’ve never had so many extras in a VRBO rental before! We were in a great location, minutes from downtown Galena. This was our first time visiting the area and would definitely return! Thanks for a great stay!

Cozy and wellplaced townhome in the Galina Territory
The townhouse was well located in the Galina Territory, about 15-20 minutes from most places we wanted to go (the city center, Grant's home, Winery, Distillery, etc.). The townhouse itself was well-stocked with kitchen amenities, bathroom amenities, towels, linens, pillows, board games, wifi, coffee, two coffee makers (whole bean+ground compatible and a Keurig), and even a charcoal grill with charcoal and grilling tools. No detail was missed! Quiet location. Lots of light from windows and skylights during the day... and "remote" enough to see the stars at night. We saw a lot of wildlife... deer, turkeys, bunnies, squirrels, and birds during our stay. There's a large yard in the back to just relax or play. The Territory itself has tennis courts, pickleball courts, pool, etc. just a 7-10 minute drive away. There's a golf course throughout the territory (which we didn't use) but it looked beautiful and challenging. Great experience with Jared. We arrived late at night and it was easy to get in and lock up upon departure. Highly recommended for a weekend or extended getaway.

Relaxing
Our getaway was booked last minute, and we were so happy to find something that was the perfect fit for us. We spent much of our time on the back deck area where we enjoyed seeing and hearing all the wildlife around us. The townhome was very cute and supplied with everything we needed for the weekend. Our bed was a bit stiff for us, but the property manager was very kind in asking for our feedback and wanted to address any concerns we had. The check in process was very simple and Jared was sure to make sure that we had everything we needed. Definitely will be staying here again in the future!
